Online tickets are available on our website. You will enter the selected event by showing a printed ticket or the corresponding file on your phone.

We sell tickets at the box office, with the exception of some concerts by outside organizers.
We honor the Senior Citizen Card issued by the Bielsko-Biała City Hall.
Card holders receive a 10% discount on the ticket price for any concert organized by the Fiducia Foundation (Cavatina Hall). Does not apply to concerts by outside organizers.

Ticket refund policy
The ticket can be returned no later than 7 working days before the date of the Event. The above deadline applies only to events organized by the Fiducia Foundation for events of an external organizer the regulations of the external organizer apply.

Ticket reservations
Seat reservations apply only to the purchase of more than 10 tickets. To reserve tickets, contact a ticket office employee in person or by phone at +48 790 551 588, during box office hours.
