Jej umiejętności sceniczne i muzykalność otworzyły jej drzwi do najważniejszych międzynarodowych scen, takich jak Opéra de Paris, Salzburg Festspiele, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, Zurich Opernhaus i Liceu Barcelona.

Jej niezwykła kariera będzie kontynuowana w sezonie 2023/24 z debiutami: Idamante Idomeneo w nowej produkcji w Grand Théâtre de Genève, tytułową rolą w Médée Charpentiera w Opéra de Paris, Ariodante Haendla podczas europejskiej trasy koncertowej oraz w Samsonie Rameau na festiwalu w Aix-en-Provence.

Lea odbędzie tournée po Europie latem 2024 roku z programami Vivaldi i Songs of Passion. Powróci do Car Negie Hall i Stanów Zjednoczonych, a także odbędzie trasę koncertową po Japonii i Europie, aby uczcić wydanie swojego najnowszego nagrania dla Erato/Warner, Idylle, duetu z Thomasem Dunfordem. Następnie wykona La Clemenza di Tito w wersji koncertowej na Festival d’Aix-en-Provence. 

Jej zamiłowanie do muzyki i tekstu sprawiło, że Lea Desandre często występuje na koncertach i recitalach w Wigmore Hall, Vienna Musikverein, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Philharmonie de Paris, Berliner Philharmoniker, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Mozarteum Salzburg, Sydney Opera House, Opéra de Bordeaux, Alice Tully Hall NYC, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Shanghai Symphony Hall i Opéra de Versailles.

Współpracowała z międzynarodowymi artystami, takimi jak Gustavo Dudamel, Sir John Eliot Gardiner, William Christie, Myung-Whun Chung, Raphaël Pichon, Adam Fischer, Joana Mallwitz, Carlo Rizzi i Cristian Macel aru, Manfred Honeck, Enrique Mazzola, Marc Minkowski, Emmanuelle Häim, Jordi Savall – Barrie Kosky, Chris tof Loy, Netia Jones, Thomas Jolly, Lotte de Beer, Jan Lawers, Blanca Li, Jossi Wieler i Jean-Yves Ruf.  

Lea Desandre studiowała u Sary Mingardo w Wenecji. W 2015 roku dołączyła do William Christie’s Jardin des Voix Academy, a w 2016 roku do Mozart Academy of the Festival Aix-en-Provence. Została mianowana „Revelation lyrique” na Victoires de la Musique Classique w 2017 roku i zdobyła nagrodę HSBC w 2018 roku.  Oprócz szkolenia jako piosenkarka, przez 12 lat ćwiczyła balet.  

Jej pierwsze nagranie, Amazone, zostało wydane w 2021 roku wyłącznie dla Erato Warner z Ensemble Jupiter pod dyrekcją Thomasa Dunforda i Cecilii Bartoli, z Véronique Gens i Williamem Christie jako gośćmi. Jej drugi album, Eternal Heaven, nagrany wraz z Thomasem Dunfordem, Iestynem Daviesem i Jupiterem, ukazał się jesienią 2022 roku. Jej trzeci album, Idylle, nagrany w duecie z Thomasem Dunfordem, ukazał się jesienią 2023 roku.
