Cavatina Hall is proud to announce the founding of a new professional symphony orchestra in Bielsko-Biała, which will begin operations in September 2024. The Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra will be based in Cavatina Hall, built in 2022 in Bielsko-Biała.

Stanley Dodds, a conductor and violinist with the Berliner Philharmoniker for 30 years, including 12 years on its board, has been appointed artistic director and chief conductor. He also currently serves as chief conductor of the Sinfonie Orchester Berlin.

The Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra is a group of passionate and professional musicians who share one common love – symphonic music. The orchestra was born out of a desire to share the beauty of sound and the emotion that each note carries. Each member of the ensemble, from the first violinist to the conductor, brings his or her unique skills, experience and, above all, heart.

Our mission is not only to perform the works of the great masters, but also to discover new compositions and introduce audiences to the world of music in an accessible and engaging way. We believe that symphonic music is for everyone and can enrich people’s lives regardless of age or musical experience.

The members of the orchestra are both experienced musicians with a rich stage past and young, talented artists who are just beginning their musical journey. Together, we form an ensemble that is not afraid of challenges and constantly strives to improve its skills. Working together under the baton of Stanley Dodds, we aim to deliver unforgettable musical experiences that will touch the hearts of our audiences.
