Join us for a unique rooftop yoga session at Cavatina Hall in Bielsko-Biała! Wojtek Myga will guide a session of classical Hatha Yoga. With over 20 years of international teaching experience, Wojtek is a respected instructor who also collaborates with GWSH University in Katowice, helping train future yoga teachers.

During the session, we’ll practice breathwork, asana sequences, and finish with Yoga Nidra – a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
This class is open to everyone – no prior experience required.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable workout clothes.
