On the eve of Christmas, we invite you to a special concert that will fill your heart and soul with the spirit of the season. A Christmas Celebration in Carols is a musical journey through the deeper, more spiritual side of the holidays – full of warmth, reflection, and festive brilliance.
The evening will open with one of the most beautiful Christmas works in the classical repertoire – Camille Saint-Saëns’ Oratorio de Noël, known for its baroque splendor, lyrical beauty, and sacred elegance. The second part of the program features a selection of traditional Polish carols arranged by Krzysztof Herdzin, offering a fresh and contemporary take on beloved melodies.
The concert will be conducted by Stanley Dodds, acclaimed conductor and long-time member of the Berliner Philharmoniker. Joining the Cavatina Philharmonic Orchestra on stage will be the renowned vocal ensemble Camerata Silesia, adding a rich choral dimension to this festive night.
