It brings deep relaxation while simultaneously boosting energy, vitality, and motivation to live and act. You will also get to know Qigong exercises — a wonderful path to developing body awareness, mindfulness, and breath control.
Instructor: Adam Trocki — Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation teacher with 27 years of experience, student of outstanding Chinese masters of martial arts, bodywork, and energy. He leads in-person classes in Bielsko-Biała, workshops and seminars, and publishes online courses.
Participant tips:
- There are no changing rooms on the rooftop — it’s best to come dressed in comfortable sportswear.
- Footwear: light shoes with thin soles to feel the ground well. You can also practice barefoot.
- Duration: 2 hours. About 1.5 hours will be devoted to exercises, and the rest to a short Tai Chi demonstration, Q&A, tips, and informal conversation.
