Vinyasa yoga is a practice that combines breath with fluid movement. It’s a flow that synchronizes body and breath, helping to release physical tension, stress, and the rush of everyday life. The session will also include time for relaxation and rest.
Led by: Agnieszka Jarosińska – a certified yoga teacher with many years of experience. Her holistic approach blends traditional techniques with modern knowledge of the body and mind. A former professional dancer and dance teacher, Agnieszka has a deep understanding of movement and body awareness. In addition to regular classes, she creates unique themed events and retreats that guide participants into a world of calm, energy, and inspiration. In her teaching, she places special emphasis on harmony between breath and movement.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable sportswear.
