Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that combines mindful movement with breath – a flowing sequence of poses that helps release physical tension, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself. During the session, we’ll focus on letting go of stress, slowing down, and restoring balance. The practice will end with a moment of deep relaxation and rest.

Led by: Agnieszka Jarosińska – a certified yoga teacher with many years of experience. Her holistic approach blends traditional techniques with modern knowledge of the body and mind. A former professional dancer and dance instructor, Agnieszka brings a deep understanding of movement and physical awareness into every session.

In addition to regular classes, she also creates unique themed events and retreats that invite participants into a space of peace, vitality, and inspiration. Her yoga style emphasizes harmony between movement and breath, making each session both grounding and energizing.
