
Vinyasa Yoga Practice on the Rooftop of Cavatina Hall
Vinyasa yoga is a practice that combines mindful body movement with breath and fluid motion. During the session, we will focus on releasing tension from the body, relieving stress, and slowing down the pace. There will also be time for relaxation and rest.
Instructor: Agnieszka Jarosińska – a certified yoga teacher with many years of experience. Her holistic approach blends traditional techniques with modern knowledge of the body and mind. Having been a professional dancer and dance teacher for many years, she has a deep understanding of body awareness and movement. Beyond regular classes, she creates unique themed events and retreats that introduce participants to a world of calm, energy, and inspiration. Her practice emphasizes harmony between breath and movement.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable sportswear.
