The concert hall and the recording studio combine commercial functions with the promotion of the arts in a unique and modern office building. It is the first building of its kind in this part of Europe. No matter where you are sitting, the Cavatina Hall concert hall has been designed in such a way that any type of music perfectly resounds throughout its interiors. Its acoustics allow to extract the full tones both in symphonic concerts, chamber encounters with classical music and blockbuster pop star tours. Behind the exceptional sound quality is the state-of-the-art L-ISA (L-Acoustics) sound system, which enhances the pleasure of the encounter with every note. The conditions of the concert hall allow listeners to have a personal and direct contact with the artist.

Cavatina Hall is the first BREEAM environmentally certified building in Poland.
Thanks to its unique architectural design, taking into account the need to create a comfortable place with an important role for recreational and green areas, the facility has achieved the maximum rating in the category of space use and ecology in the certification process. Cavatina Hall has also received very high marks for its energy efficiency, materials, and transport solutions. The concert hall is certified at the Excellent level
